Student Housing
Students have a variety of housing options to choose from:
College Community House
The College Community House is designed for students who prefer more intensive independent living support. Students live in the heart of a college neighborhood with other first year SUCCEED students, as well as an onsite RA. In addition to the support of the RA, SUCCEED housing staff provide support to students throughout the day. Through this housing option, students build independent living skills in the area of cooking, household upkeep, and interpersonal communication, so that they are prepared to live in their own apartment.
Transition Apartments
Transition Apartments are available to students who are ready for a more independent student-housing option. All apartments are located in college neighborhoods within walking distance to campus. SUCCEED housing staff provide support to apartment students in the morning and early evening in the areas of cooking, banking/budgeting, payment of utilities, and time management strategies.
Day Students
Day Students who wish to live at home may commute to and from campus daily and do not receive housing support through SUCCEED. Day students receive the same daytime support as housing students, including academic and career support for the education, campus life, and career development components of the program.
