Catch 22 Donates $2,222 to Howard Center

Jericho residents Gail and Tim McKenna continued their long-standing tradition of generosity by contributing $2,222 to Howard Center through their nonprofit, Catch 22. Their gift comes at a meaningful time of year, helping support essential services during the winter season—a period when community connection and access to care are especially important.

Catch 22 began by managing local football programs and has since evolved to fundraise to support causes the McKennas care about. For over a decade, they have supported Howard Center, thoughtfully aligning both the date and amount of their gift with significant numbers in their lives. Their continued commitment supports Howard Center’s mission to provide mental health, substance use, and developmental services to the community.

“Gail and I are thankful for the opportunity to give back,” said Tim McKenna. “We believe in Howard Center’s mission and want to help ensure people in our community get the care they need,” he added.

As the designated agency for Chittenden County and the largest community-based service provider in Vermont, Howard Center’s 1,300 dedicated staff members work across more than 60 locations to ensure access to quality care.

“We are incredibly grateful for Gail and Tim’s ongoing support. Their caring and generosity help to provide critical funding while also raising awareness about our work. We are fortunate to have their partnership,” said Denise Vignoe, Howard Center’s Director of Development and Communications.

Established more than twenty years ago, Catch 22 has supported numerous community organizations, including Shriners Hospital and Vermont Children’s Hospital.
