Howard Center Appoints Miriam Novotny as Chief People and Culture Officer

Howard Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Miriam Novotny, MSOD, as its new Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO). In this role, she will oversee the organization’s people strategy and operations, leading efforts to enhance workplace culture and the employee experience, support employee well-being, and ensure a resilient, engaged, and supported workforce.

“We are thrilled to welcome Miriam to our executive leadership team,” says Sandy McGuire, Chief Executive Officer. “Her deep experience in people and culture leadership, her strong coaching mindset, and her curiosity-driven approach will help us continue building a workplace where every staff member belongs and feels valued, supported, and inspired to serve our community.”
