The Vermont Department of Mental Health and the Vermont Department of Health are seeking public input on Howard Center’s application to become a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC).

They want to hear from clients, families, staff, and community members about Howard Center’s services. Feedback can address what HC does well, how it collaborates, whether services are timely and fair, and suggestions for improvement.
